Not much knowledge of this place, spacious area and well kept landscape.
I've lived here since 2013. On the whole, things are pretty good. Rent has skyrocketed since I first moved in, but I think that's pretty much true everywhere.
$1250 a month w a dirty FILTHY hallway like this?? It don’t look like it’s ever vacuumed or cleaned in these hallways!! Holes in the walls and all.. I would be ashamed to be showing units knowing the hallways look like the ghetto!! I wish I would pay that much! I also thought they still had a pool they don’t.. nothing is included in the rent AT ALL.. so $1250 and it’s dirty?? PLEASE GET A GRIP.
💣 THEY ARE TRYING TO SILENCE ME💣 They have people creating FAKE REVIEWS to win prizes and money off their rent!! I just moved out of 8250B unit number 11!! I lived there for only 2months!! They have a roach and bed bug infestation problem and are not telling people!!! They will love you right in and tell you nothing!! They charge mass extra fees monthly ontop of the high rent!!! Great community everyone is nice buildings are always kept clean staff are excellent especially the maintenance people whenever I had issues on my apartment and put in a work order they always responded in a timely manner and got the job done
