I have been calling and emailing for two weeks. No one has returned a call or email. This place currently has $200 of earnest money and has not given an update on the apartment or provided a unit. Their lack of responsiveness has made me want to pull my application but I cannot get in touch to even do that.
Steven was very helpful and informative. I truly hope I can make this location my new home. Absolutely loved the layout and services/amenities.
We enjoy it here at four worlds my wife likes it here but needs a little more attention to the halls and outside
When I first moved here I was told that I would be receiving an updated apartment. I received everything but that. Updated=mediocre paint job. The carpet is disgusting and leaves a smell in the apartment. I’ve had it professionally cleaned and my own carpet cleaner and it didn’t help at. There is a plumbing issue that needs to be addressed. There is a water bug issue due to the excessive water and the closet leaks. I stayed in building 8249 and something is living in the walls.
