Hotel Staff is HORRIBLE!! Here for the weekend and beds are broke, dirty, things falling apart! Complained numerous times about the noise.. whole hotel except 3 rooms (includes mine) are full of an after prom party.. tons of kids everywhere! Bringing boom boxes and speakers out on the deck and the balcony’s up until 2:30am.. We were checked into the wrong room, got a call later to find out that it should have been my friends room (this is after my friend paid the early check-in fee bc he was supposed to check in once his was finished being “cleaned”) When booked online, we reserved for a queen bed only to find out that there are no queens, only doubles. The manager said he would give me the discounted price and refund the fee my friend paid. The rooms were dirty, the sheets were filthy and had dirt in them. I love four winds very clean and family oriented. Chris as well is a very nice man very disappointed their getting rid of him . He always kept that place clean and held down the work he did. I don't think I will be returning if Chris is leaving.
absolutely not!!!! the motel manager/property manager called me a quote "f**king dumb b*tch" cuz we asked for a partial refund due to the rooms being filthy stained dirty sheets no toilet paper rust all around the pool that could cut our little ones feet as well as drug use actively going on around children and nothing being done to stop it, I am disgusted and after the police being called cuz we refused to leave without our refund (we hadn't had the rooms two hours) our vacation has been ruined, had to spend the last of our... read more
The hotel’s owner is very nice and I think he tries to accommodate everyone. However to give us a bag for the ice machine with no ice bucket is kind of daunting! There was no way we could use just a bag so I went on the boardwalk and bought a plastic shovel (there is none in the ice machine) and a pail for the ice. The air conditioner is on the side of one of the beds. Made it very hard to sleep. Otherwise it was a perfect location for going on the beach and boardwalk

The owner is rude to customers... like me yelling at me in front on my 7 yr old son.. Very hot headed should not run that place being that hot headed and can't control it. . No place for clothes or space for your stuff either.
