When i went there for self harm I honestly felt way worse.the owner was rude and stuck some kind of wrong cord like a children's movie villain. This was my first time dealing with them. I get there are challenges with COVID but...... Clearly inventory was not done when my child was admitted of her belongings and when I picked him i was was handed a bag of "his things" I opened it to find his shoes, coat, underwear, shocks, PJ's, battery operated toothbursh, pants ect., ALL MISSING and a pair of shorts that CLEARLY were to BIG for him and NOT his in his bag. My friend went here she said it was horrible and not helpful at all, idk why this space still exists. Overpriced and not worth it, forces you to take shit loads of medication. Wouldn’t reccomend taking your kid here, but I heard the adult care is better so if you’re an adult I guess it’s Ok.

I was there when I was young and it was a twisted place.. All together I did two years there and they would put u in straight jackets give u a needle and throw you in a padded room.. That's there way of dealing with u like that was gonna make you go home any better than when u were admitted all together I did ten years of my life in various facility ducks as rcpc, saint vincents Berkshire farm, mcquades,saint Frances, and Brook dale and I can honestly say they might as well sent me to actual jail be that's what it was..and a... read more

Place is mad retarded yo. These niggas just drug you up a bunch and make u do some wack shit like watch a movie or something. There is no therapy, the staff are extremely rude, there was one staff member there who told me if I left my bedroom for any reason she would make me sleep on the cold floor in isolation with no mat, pillow, or blanket. Also if one of the other psycho patients attacks u you'll be locked in a room for hours if u defend yourself. Fuck this place. Btw I was in the westview unit.

This place is whack. I saw people bleeding out and all they talked about was death. Made me so much worse.....do not know why it has not been shut down. Treat the patients like convicts in jail. So rude and disrespectful. They steal from you and enjoy putting you down. If they are not going to be shut down the least they can do is fire Donna.

I can't believe the health dept doesn't shut this place down, it's completely filthy! The staff is comprised of "children" just out of college and they do not provide the proper care for a child. You will not receive a status call about how your child is doing, you have to call and demand an update. And then they will just say something meaningless like, "they are participating in events". . .WTF does that mean. . .this is not CAMP! Do not bring your child here for psychiatric help!
