Absolutely ridiculous. Expect to work with these guys for quite some time. Lazy is the word that comes up when thinking of them. Work 3 days a week, for 3 hours each day. Never answer the phone during those times, they take 2 weeks to answer back on any emails, and so many other things that are just so irritating. There is little to no customer service. A formal complaint will be filed from me.
Never available in any way Obsered way of contacting them with no information how and they hold your life in there control with the courts.
Dealing with everything through my duii with a move and transfer in between it all they have been incredibly helpful in the process of finishing everything, felt like I was in good hands the whole time!
