I loved the building but they will blame you for poor maintenance on they're part. The maintenance man which is a good guy was told by us that the washer smelled bad and he even seen it and nothing was done about it . Like I said the building is awesome but the poor maintenance on washers & dryers are very poor your clothes " will" smell after wash also the maintenance guy even said alot of people say the same as we did . Never got my deposit back despite multiple calls and emails for months of them saying they'd send it back to me. Management seems very unorganized, and unable to keep track of paperwork.
Nice building and amenities. Attended a party on the rooftop. The view is very nice of the city. The Clark parking garage is just around the corner and a little walk.
I recently moved out of this apartment complex, and I can't speak highly enough of the experience. The professional staff and maintenance crew are absolutely exceptional. Anytime I had a maintenance issue—big or small—I never had to wait longer than 24 hours for a resolution. In fact, most of the time, it was even faster than that. The property manager is outstanding.
