this is a beautiful building and the young leasing agent who toured me was very sweet and kind she did good job explaining the history of the building, and explaining where everything was,her name is yasmin she was very attentive if you ever do come check out these apartments i recommend seeing her as your leasing agent:)
my fiancé and i have called for several days trying to book a tour. and no one answers. we have sent emails and everything. very unprofessional!
Lovely building. The rooftop view is unmatched. And Elly and Maria in the leasing office are great and very accomodating.
I loved the building but they will blame you for poor maintenance on they're part. The maintenance man which is a good guy was told by us that the washer smelled bad and he even seen it and nothing was done about it . Like I said the building is awesome but the poor maintenance on washers & dryers are very poor your clothes " will" smell after wash also the maintenance guy even said alot of people say the same as we did .
