The office staff are super nice and my apartment is beautiful. However the maintenance team does not plow shovel or use snowblower. They don't plow out the parking spots and barely plow a path for cars to leave the property. It's a nightmare when it snows. I don't recommend moving here. My apartment flooded 4 times in 3 months and I had to repeatedly beg to be moved .
Now that we have lived here for a few months and the “everything is brand new to us” has naturally worn off, I wanted to follow up with another review of what life here is really like: incredible, peaceful, and an overall sense of happiness. I have rented units at many luxury apartment complexes in the USA over the last 10 years, and my unit in one of the new luxury buildings at Four Winds is the best experience I have had so far. This place is everything I have been looking for and is perfect for my budget. The complex is set back from the main road and sits on the border to Freetown, so it is a rural, safe, small-town feel here... just like the idyllic countryside to the west of Boston (e.g. Concord, Sudbury, Weston).
