We have lived here for almost 4 years now and have had many people in the office chnage out. Since Jenn and Chad have taken over it had been a great experience to be here. We love our apartment mantinence is prompt and helpful. Its quiet unless you mind a family living environment yes kids live here but it is not loud. Over all its a safe place to be and we appreciate everything Jenn and Chad have done for us! Thank you!
I just wanted to say Both Chad and Especially Jenn provided a truly exceptional leasing experience! The moment we spontaneously pulled in, because of the beautifully well maintained entrance, to the Tour of the different apartments and amenities that Four winds offers, we instantly knew that we wanted this to be our new paradise. Music in halls all night,fights in hallway,packages always stolen,they don't shovel until days later,awful place.peole upstairs bang all day on floor,no parking,even with sticker for car
I have lived here for over 3 years. I came here ready to experience community living I had a few problems with the apt when I got here & the maintenance people were kind & so helpful to me & my daughter at a tough time in our lives , since the new property management came on with us , Jen & Chad, the whole vibe is even better . They have made the amenities look refreshed , they have contests & holiday activities & keep us informed of all events taking place.
