I have loved living at the Beverly Road Apartments for the past 2 years. Four Way Property Management has been so easy to get in touch with anytime I needed them. Maintenance requests were responded to the same day if I put it in early enough, no later than the next day. Chevelle has always been very kind and has been able to help anytime I had an issue. This group manages the apartments across from our HOA. For years they have opted to supply their residents with dumpsters that are completely inadequate. The local bears know that they can get a quick and easy lunch from these dumpsters. Earlier this week, not for the first time, our puppy found trash in our HOA that a bear had dragged up. There were chicken bones in the mix, and today it cost us $450 to have her treated by our veterinarian. The last time it was similar. Everything else about these apartments is WONDERFUL. Been here for 5 years and can't wait to leave. Kathy is an absolute moron. The grass is always 2 feet tall, potholes in the parking lot never get fixed. They go up on the rent every year but never do anything. Terribly managed.
