Four Twelve did a great job removing and replacing the roof on our old rowhouse. The management made sure that we and they agreed on the exact scope of the work, and gave use a competitive estimate. The work crew performed careful work under difficult circumstances of heat and thunderstorms, and completed the work exactly as agreed upon. They cleaned and hauled away all of our old roofing material, leaving a clean work site.. Management made sure that any issues were handled satisfactorily.
