When you have to tell the DR to remove hurting ingrown toenails something is wrong. Make sure you call in 24 hours before your scheduled appointment if you cancel or they will definitely charge you for missed visit....My first gut instinct was no not here. Should of listened.

I have gone to see Dr Richins SEVERAL times in the past years. He's a great Dr. and has always done his best to resolve my issues. I would recommend this office....and HAVE...to anyone! :)
This place is a joke! I would never reccomend this place to anyone ever!! Not only that but the office manager is a rude witch.
Is it possible to give a ZERO star? This office doesn't even deserve one star. Worst office staff ever. Rude nurse. What a bunch of IDIOTS. Hopefully we can save my daughter's toenail. Trying to find a podiatrist now.
The doctor and the staff there are all very professional!
