What a joke! Do not go here, don't waste your time. Told them on the phone I had just had surgery. They took my insurance info and never said a word about charging a consultation fee? What? Have never in my life with 2 forms of Dental been told that! 5th denial of Dental care in MO with 2 forms of insurance. Filing a complaint with my Insurance and the State of MO. Excellent dentist! They do well with kids as well.
Go ANYWHERE else. Directly because of their actions and negligence I now have to have surgery with an oral surgeon. The woman in charge has zero bedside manner, and zero care for patients.
4/30/26 at approximately 9:15 am… I had a very frustrating experience with Four States Dental Care at the Webb city location. I arrived roughly 4 minutes late, and had to complete an important call with a large client of ours, prior to beginning my treatment.. as I would be unable to use my phone during that time.
