This office is all about the money and not the patient, nor do they provide any kind of warranty for their work! I had a crown procedure last year and it has come off twice since and now they are telling me they will not do anything further without paying over $1000 out of pocket to fix it. The assistant was very nice but the receptionist was very rude and argued with me and didn't care how I felt or what I had to say. My family has faced repeated delays in cleanings, excessive follow-up appointments, and vague treatment explanations during my wife's visit, the assistant seemed annoyed when she asked to see where her cavities were on the X-ray and struggled to point them out. What a mess! I had a temporary or intern dentist. When I came back the next day, the tech numbed the wrong side. I told her. All I got was "okay." The dentist came in. I told her I was numbed on the wrong side. They looked at each other and I got another "okay." At this point, most relatively conscious human beings would realize something was wrong and discuss the issue. Nope! She went ahead and did what she wanted.
