Went to service my Lexus, since we moved away from a Lexus dealership, we decided to try Ford dealership in Jacksboro. Oil and rotate tires. Service tech stated the oil filter was put on incorrectly (from Lexus) So took extra time to get the oil changed. Then to rotate tires tech needed the hex lug nut to unlock the tires. I've never changed a flat but would have thought it would be by the jack. I suggested it and tech stated it was not there. So I did not get the tires rotated.
