need big improvement on packaging to keep product safe during delivery. very disappointed. i ordered deliver from here a couple of times both times, the fishes came fully thawed and not at a safe consumption temperature. the fish looked like been in the car for a long time without proper cooling before arriving at my door. i was home during both deliveries so not like they been sitting long on my porch.
The best place to get seafood in San Francisco online -- highly recommend.
Ordered salmon belly. Unfortunately, while flavor was good, every piece had bits of scales we needed to remove. So buyer beware.
This is a service that San Francisco sorely needed. I am so grateful to have this shop as well as Billingsgate (right down the street from me!) to make sushi at home. This place has my most solid recommendation for HQ fish.
