Stay away! Now that my move out has been completed, I feel I can speak freely without being penalized by what I say. To start DONT pay a bunch of money to move into their extremely tiny apartments in the Cityline station tower. They are new but outrageously priced. I lived in one of the complexes. I found the apartment in Copperleaf place very dirty when I moved in and complain about it without response. But when I moved out, I’ve been asked to leave it very clean or they will use “premium cleaning services”. Same as other property management, there is no standard or clear definition of dirty, clean, very dirty, very clean. They can easily get benefit from the deposit. Poor communication with multiple property managers.
Do not rent from any of their properties I live at cityline station in Greeley... Their property managers are worthless play never answer the phone and when you finally get a work order sent in they refused to work on it I cannot sleep due to 90°weather at noac. I paid for an AC but apparently don't get to use it. Also the property managers will not call you back even if you leave a message. At this point I'm almost contemplating getting a lawyer
