Absurd overcharges upon leaving the home. We contacted a lawyer and he said that Fourstar's lease screwed us over in all regards, and that although the charges were clearly exorbitant ($4,000+ including electrical wiring replacement, replacing light bulbs throughout the house that weren't burned out, charging over $1,000 in labor in some cases for minor repairs, no contractor ever spent more than 1 hour at our house, yet we were charged exorbitantly for contractor labor.) I wish I could have put 0 Stars. They are an awful, deceitful company. They have been doing construction for months and just now added weekends to that. I work nights and am woken up at 8 am to jackhammering. They act with blatant disregard for their current tenets. I would never lease with them again -- I have expressed my concern and they say "We told you it was happening so there's nothing I can do." The quality of life in my current place is abhorrent.
