I’ve been with FourStar all year and I literally can’t even count the amount of times they have attempted to con me out of my money. I am literally 100% sure that every 5 star review of this business is completely fake as this is the most cartoonishly evil company I’ve ever interacted with. Burn in hell fourstar
If I could give them zero stars, I would. This is by far the worst property management company in Colorado. The 5 star reviews must be fake. They scam you out of every last dollar. Charge you misc fees, don't tell you, then charge you $100's in late fees. Out-dated payment options. They will rip you off. The extra fees are ridiculous and setup to be profit generators for Four Star.
