Please believe all of the horrible reviews you are seeing. I have lived in Chicago's southside, albuquerque, santa fe and i have had to deal with some less than ideal living situations. The apartment that I had with "Four Star" was by far, BY FAR, the worst experience ive had as a tenant. they are rude, cheap slumlords. they dont care about you or the place you are living in. Poor performance on their end
The lady who answers the phone is incredibly rude. She was short, dismissive, and when I told her so, she called my phone numerous times to be argumentative. After more research, I found several complaints about this management company. It's extremely difficult to find places to live in Santa Fe, and as a result it allows for low standards such as this.
