They managed my property for over ten years. We never got any security deposit back from any tenant leaving. We lived out of state so we hired them to take care of our property. When we finally stopped using their services and went into our property, the floors were stained, the wood around the doorways were cracked, there were cockroaches in the house, but she said it was in good shape. She also forged my signature. I really trusted them being far away but I would not recommend them at all.

Do not rent from these little league unethical property managers. They will threaten and harass you, refuse to maintain the properties, and take every penny of your deposit for renovating the junk properties they manage. If you do rent from them, do not answer phone calls. Keep your correspondence to email only. They also told the only black tenant in my complex that he had to park on the street instead of his reserved spot. Mother and daughter team of anger management issues and pettiness await you at Four Star.
Four Star has been excellent for me in every way. Lived at Zia Vista for (3) years & zero complaints.
Amy and Patt Dabbs, owner and operators of Four Star Property Management, are two of the sleaziest, money grubbing, and cruel human beings we have ever experienced. If you want to expose yourself to two of the lowest form of human beings on the planet, these two will take you for a ride.
