Calling them to make a payment to pay a bill in full is like pulling teeth. I've been calling them for weeks now to pay a silly $85.00 bill and the elderly lady who answers cannot pull up anything, nor will she have someone else call me after asking. I have never seen a company before NOT want to be paid. This is just ridiculous.
I ask for service on my air conditioner They came the next day. Tha guy was very polite and made sure I knew everything I needed to know before he left. He did a good job and finished in a timely manner. I would recommend this company to everyone. We used them before and we are returning customers. Thank you for good service.
