Let me start out saying don’t get this company to sell for you. Rob Straub is our agent has done nothing for us. It was listed in November 2023 this is April 15 he has only shown it 1 time and that was when he first listed. He has constantly tried to get us to lower our price as to what he wants and even went as far as telling friends of ours where we live that was interested in our house that we were asking way too much.
