I’VE BEEN IN THE FOUR STAR SHOPS SEVERAL TIMES FOR WORK ON MY TRUCK. THE MINOR PROBLEMS THAT I’VE EXPERIENCED: seems unorganized in DOTHAN, AL/VALDOSTA, GA & SOME OF THE WORKMANSHIP COULD’VE BEEN HANDLED BETTER.... PRICES ARE VERY EXPENSIVE. THIS LAST TIME IN; I HAD TWO PARTS THAT COST A TOTAL OF $2.45 BUT THE LABOR WAS $225?!? THE SERVICE GUY IN DOTHAN SAID THEY HAD TO DO A DIAGNOSTIC TEST JUST TO CHANGE OUT A HEADLIGHT WIRING... BUT WHAT CAN YOU DO; WE’RE AT THE SHOPS MERCY EVERYTIME WE ENTER ONE OF THEIR FACILITIES.
RecommendedI wanted to thank Daniel, Mobile tech and Lauren from the Midway location! Great service and communication when my DEF header on my RV failed while on vacation in Port St Joe. Daniel was great to talk to and fixed me up! Fine Southern Gentleman (even if his taste in football teams is a bit misguided!) Thanks!!
