Do NOT trust four star freightliner!!! $3873 to replace a $400 alternator and service my motor coach. I told them to change the alternator. They charged me $466 for an express assessment (which took days) to tell me I needed an alternator. The engine and alternator are easily accessible via an overhead panel. The service included greasing the chassis. When I picked up the coach, I glanced underneath and the chassis was obviously not greased. Four Star Freighliner has one of the best customer service that I have experienced. Jenna has been extremely helpful with issues that we have had. I would also like to add that they have some of the best mechanics and their shop is awesome. -Ty Ty Ag Service
Service is terrible, communication is terrible. I would tow a truck to Florida just to never have to deal with them again. If i could give them no stars I would.
