Horrible experience with this company. They did not match existing wood when they did repairs, did not put moisture barrier down, floor sounds hollow. Cracks were filled sloppily; smearing filler onto adjoining planks, New cracks are appearing, laid wood on top of old vinyl in stove area. Did not answer texts, calls or emails. Would not to anything to rectify the problem. They wanted to drill holes in floor and pump in more glue. Said there was 1 year warranty on labor, but it's worthless. The owners son did he first go around and cut corners on material, didn't put the flooring all the way under the stove, he said all it needs is to look like it's there. Cathy the owner never answered phone calls and we had to drive out there to ask questions. They didn't keep us informed as to when they would be coming to install our living room.
