I signed up yesterday because I'm trying to start my fitness journey and Dayla is so sweet! As someone who is extremely nervous to go to a gym, Dayla made me feel less nervous and intimidated and much more comfortable!
Had a great first time visit. Very welcoming and not intimidating at all. Launa was very kind and helpful in walking me through the sign up process. And I just have to say she was a BUSY bee. From one project to the next but ready to help me as soon as I asked. Great location.
