There should be an option for zero stars. I brought in a cream color suede jacket with fur collar and cuffs to be cleaned and specifically asked if they were able to clean it before leaving even though the sign on the window specifies suede and leather cleaning. When I went to pick it up, it was peeling and destroyed. The owner was nice enough not to charge me for the cleaning (ya think?) and kept saying, "My husband not know." I took my vintage fur coat here for mending. It was coming apart im multiple places. She told me she would do her best and call me if she did not think she could repair it. 5 days later I picked up my coat, and I just have to say I was stunned. She repaired the coat perfectly! You can't tell at all. I would take any mending and alterations here without hesitation. The price was very good also. I personally recommend them. Thank you for the amazing work!

Be careful taking expensive items here. I brought in several sweaters, one of which was from Hermes. When I picked them up, I was in a hurry, he said all of them were there. At home the next day I noticed I was missing one, the Hermes sweater, the only one of all of them that was very expensive. When we returned to tell them it was missing, he insisted that all the sweaters were returned and he refused to even look for the missing sweater in the store.
