These apartments suck. She raised our rent 200 dollars after the third month we moved in. Management never gets around to doing what they are supposed to. I have had a broken fridge and microwave since the day i moved in. It is also infested with roaches. F**k this place. DO NOT live here
these apartments seem to always have something mechanically wrong, a lot of loud people and management is terrible, they never get to your problems in a timely manner and they never deal with conflict between renters. for the price you pay you would expect a lot more, overall a bad place to live
This is a great apartment complex. It is easy to walk to class at USM. I love that I can walk outside my apartment to ride/walk the Longleaf Trace. The apartment manager, Tammy, is awesome. She really takes care of us and makes sure our apartments are in great shape. The owner of the apartments, Gary, is really fun. He gives everyone Girl Scout Cookies and cares about how we are doing. A great place to live.
