Really enjoyed my tour here and speaking with Brooke. Still hoping to hear back about my application and next steps. But they are beautiful townhomes and my daughter seemed to enjoy it the most Edit: I'm going to change my review because I contacted the office multiple times to no avail, and even sent emails and have not heard back from anyone since. I really was looking forward to moving here but I cannot and will not deal with poor management.

My mom moved here about an year ago and Brooke been very helpful with everything and very understanding when it comes to living here and helpful when things needs to be fixed
From out of town trying to move to Greensboro. Called and left a message to get a tour of the town home. It took a week to get a call back to set up the walk through. On the day of the walk through I was called by someone and confirmed my tour on and when I showed up the leasing office was closed. I showed up exactly at 1 pm. There's plenty of reviews of people having issues with the leasing office answering phones and/or trying to get a walk through. Waste of my time and gas.
