Sadly, we feel a bit scammed. The application process was confusing from the start. After completing all the steps and paying the required fees, our application was rejected. We were told it was due to paperwork issues, so we resubmitted everything as instructed — only to be rejected again. When we called to ask for an explanation, we were simply told that “it is what it is.” It feels like they just took our money even though we followed every requirement carefully. The apartments are nice and Travis was amazing from start to finish with my tour, I'm looking forward to being a resident at the community and I thank Travis Perrier for ALL of his help, thank you Travis!
