I would give them zero stars. Do not use their services. They will butcher your tree. They are extremely rude. They will be racist. They set their prices appropriately to the services provided. Expect horrible service.

I had some questions for them about a tree that my HOA removed without my knowledge ... the first time I talked to them was very pleasant and they were very helpful. She said she would check with the arborist to see what he remembered about the tree and if he was diseased and whatnot. He was on vacation and I was told to give it a couple weeks and try back.
