I've been dealing with this maintenance issue for about 2 weeks now and the maintenance team don't know anything about anything and no one seems to care. They don't return your phone calls and neither do they respond to your emails but they want you to pay your rent on time. If I could afford to break my lease and move I definitely would I had to call code enforcement with the city of Greensboro to try to get them to fix what was going on in my apartment. Property never does any upgrades. Renovating to them equals painting over cabinets, taping wrapping paper that resembles marble on the cabinet shelves, painting over the toilet seat to make it white and putting cheap tiling on the floor that resembles ”wood”. They have what looks like to me rotten shelves where under the sink is due to water damage when I first moved in, the top of my ceiling in my master bedroom had a leak and maintenance never fixed it. I haven’t lived here yet but my girlfriend and I are in the process of applying for an apartment and I just wanted to say Tommy is such a sweetheart! We came in for a tour and he was extremely polite, well informed, and professional. Looking forward to hopefully living here. ☺️
It's not a horrible place to live but the buildings are old and not maintained on the outside. Ants and bugs and water are destroying damp rotten wood around awaiting and water drainage is bad... our patio is a swamp full of mosquitos because the ground around the patio is higher than the patio... water has no where to go.
