We had a sun porch installed by Four Seasons PAsunrooms about 2 years ago. It was a great installation and has performed with no problems except that a 1” metal piece that holds the screen door shut broke in two. They install porches like this and use this part on many screen doors. The part weighs less than ½ ounce and is simply a small piece of solid metal.
