Would never recommend. We have a sunroom that needs repair. I’ve contacted Four Seasons multiple times to come out to fix the problem. I even went in person to their business location on Hall Road to request service. They constantly say they will get back with me and no one calls or comes out. When I call and leave an inquiry, they are quick to get back with me thinking I want a new sunroom but once they learn I need repair on one they already built, it’s crickets. Do yourself a favor and get a sunroom from elsewhere.
I am so glad I did my research on adding a 4 season sunroom and a concrete walkway leading up to it. I have worked with several contractors over the years and Tom and his crew are the best! Professional, courteous and top drawer workmanship with an attention to detail. There are always a couple of minor glitches - as in any project - and they were addressed and resolved quickly. Easy to work with start to finish. My wife and I couldn't be happier.
While I was pleased with how easy it was to schedule an appointment I was extremely disappointed when Joe reached out to reschedule, then spent the entire phone call trying to come up with reasons to not come to my house. Looking at Google Maps does not equal coming to see my backyard. Google Maps hasn’t been updated since we’ve had work done in the yard. I don’t know what my options are for the space I have. I highly recommend 4 seasons sunrooms! We love our sunroom - it enhances the whole house (they built it in July 2023). Tom was very helpful in finding a sunroom design that would be wonderful and fairly priced. The work was done in a timely manner and though small issues are inevitable on a project like this, they were all dealt with professionally. I'm very glad I went with 4 seasons sunrooms!
One of the worst companies i have ever dealt with, All empty promises and broken timelines, took about a year to get the project done, they had to send out crew to fix what the last crew did wrong. Terrible experience. Do yourself a favor and look somewhere else
