So my Viking VI was acting like the belt was slipping. So I took it in for them to repair, and I expected a belt of clutch or something. Tyler found water in the clutch housing, causing the belt to slip badly. I failed to mention I bought a new pressure washer the week before and turned my daughter loose with it! He drained it and dried it out and it works perfect! They could have taken me to the cleaners and I wouldn't have known any different but they were honest! Didn't cost me any replacement parts!
