Bought our hot tub from them 10 years ago and has been totally trouble free. Recently our panel is getting a little worn and I asked him to replace it. He suggested getting one from Amazon and replace myself. He gave me the model number to buy! I then asked about using mineral sticks that he sells to lower the amount of bromine I use . He again told me exactly what to get on Amazon. He is the most honest guy in town.
I had Jay from Four Seasons come out and do a pool inspection on a home that my clients were under contract on. I can't say enough! He was super communicative, called me on his way out here to allow me enough time to get here, thoroughly inspected the pool and the hot tub, made some inexpensive recommendations, and was just a really nice man to work with! He did a great job and I can't wait to use him for my next pool inspection! Thanks a bunch!

When the motherboard on my Coast Swim Spa went out, Four seasons and their repair service were able to locate and replace the motherboard and heating element in a reasonable time frame and at a fair price. Would definitely use them again.
