Would not recommend. Agent’s priority clearly was a transaction happening and her commission, not a good home for us. She actively worked against us at times, for example arguing against our request to do a sewer inspection because “it’s not allowed by the contract” (it was) and failing to tell us some obvious and visible problems we discovered after moving in and seeing the house for the first time (we were remote buyers). Bob Maisie made our purchase go as smoothly as possible. We moved to Vermont from out of state and he helped with logistics, finding us inspectors and repair people (who we will use forever, they're great!) and answering countless questions.
