Would not recommend. Agent’s priority clearly was a transaction happening and her commission, not a good home for us. She actively worked against us at times, for example arguing against our request to do a sewer inspection because “it’s not allowed by the contract” (it was) and failing to tell us some obvious and visible problems we discovered after moving in and seeing the house for the first time (we were remote buyers). I cannot say enough great things about Jana Granzella! We have a long lasting relationship with Jana –as this was our third time working with her.
