I genuinely feel sorry for anyone unfortunate enough to list with this place. I called for info on a multifamily and the realtor Susan knew almost nothing about the listing. Saying she would send me the flyer more than once when asking basic questions. Its the next day around 4pm and no flyer. we double cheked the email address we texted and it was correct. 6 Stars! KC Gandee was by far the most valuable member of our home buying team. No matter the hour of day KC was there answering my questions (there were a lot!), guiding us through the home-buying process and keeping everyone meeting their deadlines.
