So, where do I start . Susan Bishop was the Realitor that had listing. I had talked to her several times before going to see property. I told her we had to sell our home, but had a buyer.. so she knew where we stood! The property was as in VT. We were 5 hours away. One way, we loved the pics and wanted to come,, we didn’t know until we got there that there was another offer that came in.. a all cash offer with no contingencies, no inspections.
