Very unorganized customer service, they never make a note of what the problem was when you call and don't communicate with each other and get confused when you show up in store. Came here when I first moved up from Indiana and I bought 3 pieces of equipment. Great deals and they delivered it all for free. Even threw in some spray paint to keep the mower deck well maintained. Very friendly and easy to work with.
Had part of what I needed.
Absolutely no customer service. Hands me the wrong solenoid and gets offended when I tell him it's the wrong model year. Look at the one I brought in.. not the same. This is why I fix my own equipment. I'll be ordering parts from now on.
