We closed our account n moved out on 11-30-25. The lady at the front desk told my son the transition odor December rental was already processed n he couldn't get a refund. We excepted that but I call and asked for the spare lock key they were holding and she rudely told me she didn't need it so she threw it away. I asked about the rent for December and she went off. I stopped her and asked why she was yelling at me and was told she didn't have to talk to me because the unit wasn't in my name. (Not true). I never gave her my ... read more

Definitely a evaluation of attitude and customer service is needed, I understand we are all human but the lady who works the front desk isn’t very considerate and has a lack of patience, and displays a nasty attitude with no remorse at all. From previous reviews, I see that this hasn’t been a single experience but also shared across others who deal in business with this location of UHaul.
