I've rented a unit with the previous owner. I've known Candi for years I came back to rent. Awesome customer service!
Started renting here in 2020 at $42 a month. My monthly rent for my 5’x10’ unit is now $130 a month. This is my last month with them. There’s a rate increase every couple months. I will not rent a storage unit with the SROA ever again.
Best you can find in bozeman. They are real people and they care.
Been renting here now for just under 2 years, have had zero issues and or concerns the entire time. Staff has been amazing and helpful especially Candi. Candi has gone above and beyond to be helpful and has made the process smooth and easy. Thank you guys so much for all you do!!!
2 rate hikes in a year with no improvements at the facility to justify the rate hikes. been renter since February 2022 went from $64 to $83 last year now to $107 as of July 1st 2026 for a 5x10 unit that is not climate controlled or has no electrical.
