Had a snow blower picked up this summer with another item. Talked to repair person to get fixed. Never received call that it was ready or done. Went in last week to check on it & was told it was in warehouse. I asked to be called when ready to be picked up. Went in Fri to check on it again & was told it had been SOLD!!. They said they tried to bill us. WHERE did bill go? person who got it brought it in & said not his blower & not his bill. Why wasn't it pursued to try to find rightful owner. Great people. Always full of knowledge and suggestions. Usually has everything I need in stock. If they don't, they can still get the part in a couple of days. Definitely recommend Four Seasons Sales and Service.
Don't buy these crap mowers. I bought a new mower and weed eater. Mower worked twice. You've been warned.
This place is great! They are great to deal with and stand by their word. Recommend everyone go here for all their mowing and small engine needs!
Went in for a diagnostic for $35 dollars and left with a $170 dollar bill, I never got asked if it was ok to put the parts in.
By far the best people to deal with. Very professional and treat you like a best friend. Bought a new mower from here and they took time to go through the mower and took time to show me what to look for to keep the mower running in tip top shape. It's hard to find that customer service anymore. Most businesses are quantity or quality. I will be a returning customer!
My mower has been in this shop several times , for the same reason. I don't ever think I've ever given a bad review . But now I will . I told the guy who initially looked at mower "I think choke isn't working properly" after I picked it up and used it 1st time out of shop. Still will not Start. What I didn't tell them I am also mechanic .the only reason I'm not fixing it is , cause it's under warranty. I asked did you look at choke ? The Mans response no it was your filter and plug.
