RecommendedWe built a home with Khov in 2006-2007. At the time we used the Washington, PA location due to where we lived but had a great encounter at the Greensburg, PA office also. Like building any home there are going to be some road bumps but nothing that couldn’t be dealt with. The foreman dealt with any issues that arose and kept us in the loop. This company is terrible. Numerous mistakes made on my home during building process including forgotten brick ledges on exterior. The entire house painted in garbage paint that wipes off the walls when I paid for the upgraded sherwin Williams paint. My furnace broke down multiple times the second year of living there and had to had freon replaced in the ac for the past 3 years. Our hvac finally found the the leak and now khov wont even help get the part replaced under warranty with the people they had install the unit. What ... read more
RecommendedGreat place for people 55 plus to live. Beautiful Clubhouse that has a lot to offer. Indoor outdoor pool. Exercise Room, Ball Room, and Library just to name a few. Several activities to choose from, you can keep very busy or just sit back and relax.
