I would not let these guys do my roof if it was for free. Redid the roof of the commercial building we occupy, and it leaks worse than when we had the old roof before they replaced it. Over a dozen service calls for them to fix leaks since it was installed .Not sure how their residential work is, but I would stay away from a commercial standpoint
