Four Seasons RCF is one of the best home like facility within the Salem and Portland area. Staff is always so kind and respectful, but most of all, they have compassion when helping the residents with all there needs. The home like atmosphere of the facility is something special, especially when placing our family member there. The front desk answered the phone so inappropriate and talked like she was on the phone with a friend. The hiring for manager ate while she was on the phone and also talked like she was talking to a friend. Highly unprofessional. First impressions are everything. ��
