DO NOT EVER RENT FROM THIS RENTAL COMPANY! My family rented a house for a week with significant mold/mildew and filth issues. We address the mold with Patricia the first day we arrived and she never addressed the issue. She said there were no issues while we were there. Conveniently, a few days after we left the house (half of our family vacated the house early due to issues with breathing due to the mold among other things) Patricia stated that there were water issues 4 months prior!
