One of the main responsibilities of a listing agent is ensuring the seller receives ALL buyer offers prior to a deal being closed to make the best decision for their sale. We left many voicemails and emails clearly stating an official offer from the day it was listed and were never given anything but generic statements regarding the property. Poor communication, zero accountability. Choose another realtor, this one takes weeks to respond, if ever.
Absolutely the worst communication skills I've ever experienced in my life! I've been in business and have dealt with customers daily for over 35 years. Frank and his "team" do not respond to emails or texts from banks, title agencies or other realtors in a remotely timely fashion. They get back to them when it's convenient for them. We were under contract for almost 2 month's and in that time Frank couldn't dewinterize his listing on time, couldn't get a very simple plumbing job done in a month or find the cover to the sept... read more
