I purchased 5 x 5 deck resin pool kit., I had to hire someone to put it together. It was so complicated. This contractors took two days putting it together because the directions were very difficult. That cost me $1000 And the biggest disappointment is the gate over the steps that is installed to The handrails. They feel really weak and when you open the gate, you see them moving and bending. I am worried it will not last long. And for $3000 it’s really disappointing:
Ernie is like….a bajillion years old and an old Air Force training instructor. Hard nosed guy, doesn’t take non-sense from anyone. When he says he will do something; he will do it. Believe you me, if there’s anyone you want to work on your pool, it’s him and his son, dudes have a phD in pools.
He never showed up for his appointment. Nor answered my calls after that!
