While it is never a good day when you realize you have termites, however, Truly Nolen has done a good job for us. Rob Tobey came out to perform the inspection and did a good job of explaining the issues and options that we had. Once we decided to move forward, Rick Burgess came out and did the needed work. Rick was very friendly and courteous, as well as careful to clean up after he was done. He was able to explain the process when I had questions and showed me what was done.
