Poor customer service – Very disappointed with the customer care here. The owner Michael is just as bad as the employee Rob. I bought 2 trees from these people. The first tree they said I did not water properly, when this tree was unplanted I was told it was the way the tree was planted not the way it was watered. I purchased a second tree from them couple of years later, and followed their exact directions on watering the tree. I was offered a 1 year warranty on the tree.
