Poor customer service – Very disappointed with the customer care here. The owner Michael is just as bad as the employee Rob. I bought 2 trees from these people. The first tree they said I did not water properly, when this tree was unplanted I was told it was the way the tree was planted not the way it was watered. I purchased a second tree from them couple of years later, and followed their exact directions on watering the tree. I was offered a 1 year warranty on the tree. good local knowledge Four Seasons has a good variety of plants and flowers, plus all accessories, chemicals, etc. Knowledgeable staff can give you good advice about what works and what doesn't in local area. Better service than the big box stores, but prices may be a bit higher.
