Three strikes you're out Four Seasons Nail Spa. I booked an appointment for 10 AM. You're in my neighbourhood and I wanted to support you however you constantly and consistently overbook clients and customers when you don't have the staff in. Today was not even the third time, it was the sixth or seventh time I've sat in the pedi chair and watched one woman scramble with phones and two other customers. After twenty minutes of waiting ...
