Its the worst management ever.all they do is write you up for stupid stuff.They don't fix nothing.I would not recommend this place to no one.Do not rent or buy here.It will be the worst decision of your life
I wish tbat I mever rented here . Bad mamahement , rude I paid 1550.00 for securiy deposit and signed a 5 yr leese. Now that I have a problem I am being told tbat by management tbwy qon"t fiz it Now for some reason thwy te sayong I rwnt tk own I don't, i would mot rent to own this.dump.
This park is such a joke! They call it "Mayberry" Interesting, been here about 3 yrs., don't even know our neighbors, & if you do get to try to talk to one of them, probably will be the last time.
The park is well kept, but at times there can be potholes that make driving thru difficult, which should be fixed quicker
