Great experience all around. We found out from another company that our heat exchanger had a crack and we needed a new furnace. We called Four Seasons for a second opinion and they had someone out in 30 minutes and were able to restore our heat with a new furnace next day! Everyone from the salesman to the repairman were kind, friendly, and professional. Highly recommend and would use this company again
Our furnace went out last night and with the impending cold weather changes coming, I was nervous if we would be able to get it fixed quickly. I called the after hours service line and was connected with someone who helped us troubleshoot and then arranged for a service call for the morning. Company does not know what they are doing. System in new construction was installed by this contractor. We had issues with cooling and heating. They came out and turned the fan speed up on cooling and that just made the return duct noisy. Heat would still shut off on highest fan setting for over temperature. Upon reading installation information I found they went smaller than required for the size of the return. This caused much high pressure drop and temperature rise than allowed.
