Won’t answer their phone and rarely reply to messages. Extremely hard to get anything done with them
I wouldn’t want them to insulate or add gutters to my birdhouse. They refused to honor my contract, which I had with the previous owner. (Oregon law requires it). It was the most frustrating business deal I’ve ever had. Really poor customer service, as well as a failing grade on the management.
