HORRIBLE "SERVICE", After paying $62.00 for two dresses, two coats, and a blouse, the woman and the front told me that she was going to be unable to clean one of them and to leave my phone number so that they could call me. After waiting three weeks without receiving any phone calls from them, i decided to go down there anyways. The same woman gave me my dress back, arguing that nobody would be able to clean the dress. I took in a comforter with a stain on it and it came back with torn fabric that looked like it'd been scrubbed on touched with something hot. The employee told me I brought it in like that. Although she was not the person who checked me in and she admitted she did not do the cleaning, but still accused me of bringing it in damaged. HORRIBLE CLEANERS!!! – I have been to quite a few dry cleaners and this is by far the worst cleaning and service I have ever received. The employee doesnt' seem to know what she is doing and the owner was just awful. One of my garments got damaged and I spoke to the owner on the phone concerning the matter. He did not want to hear what I had to say and he was just RUDE. In the middle of my phone call with him, the owner decided to just hang up on me. How disrespectfull can one be.
